Great value for money, super accommodating staff, nice facilties. We arrived a couple of hours early before our check-in time but the front desk staff said that our room was available so we were able to check-in immediately, without any additional charges. Beds were super comfy and the comforter was thicker compared to other hotels that are more expensive. Everything in the room is just right. The shower temperature can be adjusted to super hot to super cold, but it won't leave you shivering. The free toiletries were great too. We requested for extra pillows and were given without any additional charges. Enjoyed our NYE stay here, and we would definitely come back next time!

For about IDR 500,000 (USD 30,67), I think the hotel offers above the expectation. The place is neat, clean, enough for a week stay for meetings or visiting. The front desk staff also help me providing electric adapter / converter, which I forgot to bring since electric socket is different in Philippines with my home country. The location can be easily found, near big shopping mall (SM) and large pedestrian walk. It helps that there are several convenient stores nearby, such as 7-Eleven and Lawson to help me buys additional mineral water or instant noodles for food supply. The Inn also facilitate me with early check-in with additional price.

Location is not crowded and very safe. The room was spacious, immaculately clean, that made my 5 days stay even more enjoyable. It was well-equipped with all the necessary amenities, ensuring a comfortable and hassle-free experience. The staff were outstanding—friendly, courteous, and always ready to assist with any needs. Overall, it provided a fantastic experience, combining a prime location, excellent facilities, and top-notch service. Highly recommended!

I had an extended stay, 17 days total. The location was perfect, as it was in walking distance to several nearby malls. Because I had a very long stay, I needed my "everyday comfort food & personal things" for the duration of my stay. Fortunately, one of the nearby malls has a nice full-size SUPERMARKET!!! Suggestion: Because I had a very long stay, it would have been great to have a microwave in my room. I would suggest the hotel provide a paid option (additional revenue for the hotel) to include a microwave in the room.

Never walked in the lobby without seeing smiles on their faces! Plus location was perfect. Manila is notorious for bad traffic, so being able to walk to the mall was absolute perfection. Would definitely book again!
